Automated Polishing System

Product Model:XQ-IRB2000

This equipment uses an industrial-grade six-axis robotic arm as motion execution unit.It is equipped with a high-response force-controlled polishing module and a digital component processing platform. The robotic arm achieves a motion positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm and a repeat positioning accuracy better than ±0.01 mm. Combined with a 0.1 N-level closed-loop force control system,it ensure dynamic stability during processing.

  • Purpose
  • Technical Parameters
  • Processing Capabilities:
Applicable Surfaces: Covers flat, spherical, and aspherical surfaces with a diameter ≤2000mm, and is compatible with off-axis aspherical and free-form surface processing.
Hard Materials: Includes silicon carbide (SiC), sapphire (Al₂O₃), and ULE glass.
Crystal Materials: Monocrystalline silicon, microcrystalline glass, and K9 optical glass.
Metal Substrates: Oxygen-free copper (C10100), aluminum alloys (Series 6/7), and nickel-based alloys.

    Application Scenarios:
The platform is suitable for mass production of precision optical components such as aerospace aspherical fairings, IC lithography lenses, and laser gyro mirrors. Compared with traditional processing methods, the surface shape convergence efficiency is increased by 60%, and manual intervention is reduced by 80%.
